Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ophora purchase. You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll cover the return shipping costs.
Expect a prompt refund once we receive your return package. This includes transit time (3 to 7 business days), processing time upon receipt (2 to 5 business days), and your bank's refund processing time (3 to 7 business days).
To initiate a return, log in to your account, access the order through the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll keep you informed via email throughout the refund process.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Item Policy
If your order is lost, damaged, or has missing items, notify us within 30 days. We'll assess your situation on a case-by-case basis, ensuring a swift resolution tailored to your needs.
Please Note: Orders exceeding certain limits, may require a signature upon delivery unless waived by the customer. If the customer chooses to waive the signature requirement, we won't be liable for lost or stolen packages if the delivery status indicates it has been delivered.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If your order requires "manual verification" in our system, we'll give you a call to confirm your order details. Your order will not be shipped until we've spoken with you over the phone. Failure to communicate may result in a shipment delay.
